Youth Culture Promotions (Y.C.P.)

"Youth Culture Promotions" was the name of the group of punks who put on shows in Ottawa from 1982 to 1984. It sprang from the underground "No Pigs" group who'd been doing shows before they decided they needed a name more suitable for public shows.

They put on or co-sponsored many shows in Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City as well as co-released the Blender Mix compilation l.p. with "Les Productions Sand Nom" from Quebec City.
