The Pushkins

I saw the Pushkins at the Roxy on September 4th. They're a local Ottawa band that plays covers and originals of the ska and reggae type music. They've been together since around December and they're very tight although the covers are not quite like the originals but that's how they want it. There are six band members plus one one trombone who comes up for a few songs. They play good music that's easy to dance to and the breaks between the songs are pretty low key so if yu're inthe mood to do some fun dancing without the fear of being slammed black and blue, check them out.
